Yes, under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. A refund for the full amount of the order will be sent to you within 30 days. Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.

What are the Delivery / Packaging / Insurance Charges
UK shipping is done by our courier FED EX & Royail Mail. Packing and admin charges are included in the rate. International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and the volumetric weight (size and weight) of the product.
What is the Delivery process?
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been completed. The average time for an artwork to be delivered to you is 7-10 days from confirmation of your delivery address and payment details. In exceptional cases or with more complicated jobs delivery may take longer. If this is the case we will let you know before completing your order.
Do Customs Duties apply?
Some purchases from customers outside the UK may be subject to duty in their own country. Any duties levied are the responsibility of the customer.
How will my purchase be packaged?
All items are packed to a very high standard, either in protective wrapping or boxes.
How will my goods be delivered?
Royal Mail dispatches all domestic products. As we are unable to offer a specific delivery date / time, we suggest – if you are not at home during the day – that you arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address where someone will be able to sign for the goods.
What if my goods arrive damaged
In the unlikely event that your Art cushion arrives damaged, please send the item back to us and we will replace the item straight away. Cost for postage back to the gallery will be refunded on proof of delivery.
Is your website secure?
welovecushions website offers secure transactions for all our products. Your personal details and credit card information is transmitted to us via a secure server. We reserve the right to charge a small fee for the provision of copies.
Please allow 5 working days [Saturday is not a working day]. Providing the order is placed before 5.30pm. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
European / Worldwide orders
International orders are sent by standard airmail, and will not require a signature on receipt.
Return or Exchange an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for a different size / colour. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty or Wrong Items
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email: email@example.com quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Fatlaces.co.uk for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
I have a colour photo, can it be reproduced as black and white or sepia tone photo print cushion?
Yes, at no extra cost.
What type of photo or image should I provide?
The original image must be no larger than A4 (21cm x 29.7cm). We accept digital Images on floppy discs and CD-ROMs, but they must be PC compatible. Images should be scanned with a resolution of at least 300dpi. Customers should include a hard copy printout of the selected image.
Important: If the image (Art, Photography, Print or otherwise) provided is valuable it is strongly recommended that additional copies are made before sending the original to us (or alternatively, send a suitable copy). welovecushions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

Can I submit an image other than one of my own?
Yes. But customers should note that once they have submitted a signed form, they are confirming to us that they own the rights to their respective image (Art, Photography, Print or otherwise) and/or have given/obtained the relevant permission.
How accurate will the image reproduction be?
The final print quality will vary depending on the quality of the original image. To achieve the best results, all images are scanned at a high resolution of the original image.
